What does THIS program do?!

had ANOTHER power failure.. this one lasted a few minutes, the last one lasted about 3 hours... I wasn't home during most of that time, but ya....

Playing with a bunch of programs I read about in "Maximum Security"...nifty proggies.....great book too... already read about 200 pages of it (it's around 800 pages big) very usefull book for anyone dealing with computers and networks at the level I am at times...
